What a pleasant surprise this new original comic book was! Nice to have something new outside the MCU and DCU. The wonder-couple Jason and Ashley, the writers of this beautiful story, created a really fun world, I love it! The characters are also interesting, from the main hero of the story, Jacky to her brother Chuck, the boy genius. I love the little Easter eggs in there of the creative team (look for them) to the big reveal towards the end. Wow, I never saw that coming yet it makes perfect sense, genius. I won't say what as it will be a spoiler, read it to find out. I grew up reading comic books and as an adult I have gone away from it, but now I am back, Jupiter Jet pulled me back in and I am glad I came back for the ride. I have shared this comic book with my kids, as it is very kid friendly and I am sure they will enjoy it.If you are looking for a fun fantasy story that will transport you to another world, give Jupiter Jet a try! Love that name by the way.Hope they keep making more of these, I am excited to see what happens next.

This is exactly what it was meant to be; an all-ages adventure about family and jet-packs!I'm really hoping that this exciting tale can become the instant classic it deserves to be. The art (Ben Matsuya) is dynamic and full of life while Jason Inman and Ashley Victoria Robinson's dialogue and characters deftly perform the rest of the world-building with all the charm would expect from creators that love to tell stories.Not only did I purchase the single issues from my local comic book shop, but I also picked this volume up via Kindle so that I'll have a copy anytime I want to visit Olympic Heights, again. I cant' recommend this one highly enough.

Jupiter Jet is a fun story, with engaging characters, and vibrant visuals. Plus the world building is top notch (including a truly clever "reveal").Because it's the first volume, it does take some time to really get going, but it's never boring, and now that it's past that initial, necessary setup, I expect future volumes to be even more amazing.Bring on volume 2!

This was the first comic of this kind my eleven-year-old daughter has read. Here are her words about it."I normally read historical fiction, so this book was a little different for me. But I really liked it. I thought Chuck was really funny, and Jupiter Jet was just the right amount of everything good: funny, sweet, honest, and smart. Before reading this book, I thought all comics were about some male superhero flying in to save a damsel in distress. But in Jupiter Jet, the hero is a girl, and that girl saves everyone, not just a love interest.The illustrations are very detailed, and I loved how in between the different sections of the volume there were rough drafts of the illustrations. I could see how the illustrations came to life and how they were put together. I also loved the section that showed how the artists and writers were placed into the story.I think Volume 2 is going to be great! I can't wait to read it!!"

I have been a fan of Ashley V Robinson and Jason Inman for years and I was extremely proud to hear that they have published their first mainstream comic series. The first couple of issues are very light-hearted, almost came off as too fluffy of a story. But then the second half of the volume kicks in and I was hooked. Plus it has a very cool twist/cliffhanger that leaves you clamoring for more. If you are a supporter of independent comics, then this is a must own.

This book is fantastic!!! What more can I say? The characters are rich, funny and diverse and the story is smart set in a world that feels thought out and lived in. Robinson and Inman know their stuff and it shows. This book was perfect for a casual comics fan like me and I would recommend to both kids and adults with any interest big or small in the comics genre. Absolutely 5 stars!

Just got my copy today! I'm loving the super fun and dynamic Jonboy Meyers art on the cover. Ben Matsuya has some really exciting art from what I can see skimming through. 16-year-old me would have loved to find a mysterious jetpack. Well, present-day me would love to find a mysterious jetpack... I can't wait to read Jupiter Jet!
